Cancellations: Please give a minimum of 24-hours-notice if you need to cancel a lesson in order to avoid a potential charge.
Private Lesson Packages: If a discount package of lessons has been purchased a package of lessons online or by check/cash, this package is non-refundable, neither in part nor in full. If you think for any reason that you may not use all of the lessons, it is advisable to avoid purchasing a package and to pay for the lessons one at a time.
Transferring a package: If someone who has purchased a discount package finds that they are unable to use all of the lessons, they may transfer the remaining lessons to a friend or family member.
